This product is a lubricant and sliding of lasting effect.
Fields of Application:
- Degumming, bleaching, dyeing and soaping. Can be used on fabric and mesh of cellulosic, synthetic or mixed fibers.
- The Goldlub AQS is indicated even for processes that require high temperatures such as dyeing of polyester fibers at 130°C.
Features:
- Does not present foaming.
- Decreases friction between the substrate and the contact parts of the equipment, providing better accommodation of the substrate inside the equipment.
- Lubricate the fibers promoting the displacement of the faces of the substrate and avoids that the folds stay in fixed positions on the substrate.
- The Goldlub AQS remains on the fiber and maintains its effect by the various stages of textile processing.
- The product can be applied to processes with reactive dyes due to its high stability to electrolytes and alkali.
- Product has good stability if stored as directions of Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Sensitive to low and high temperatures and may become more viscous or turbid physical aspect. Avoiding temperatures below 10°C or above 60°C.
- This product complies with the parameters required by the OEKO-TEX® certification.
- This product fits within the requirements of the REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, Union Europea).
- This product fits the requirements of ZDHC program (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals).
